Emaol communication is fantastic Your on line account is updated immeduately and allows you to book everything you need. I have contacted their customer support line which was also a great help. Hoping the service continues throughout the cruise. Sailing in 2 days

I am happy with the booking system and I found your sales staff very helpful. The only comment I would make is that I know that technology is used all the time now but it is not always easy for older people to work around and so it can be stressful but I enjoy cruising with Ambassadore and have booked another 3 after this one and hope to continue having more in the future.

Good service overall

Time consuming to contact via phone - long wait times and emails not always responded to but got there in the end! Everything seems to be done online, all very much self service. More sailings from Liverpool would be great!

In recent years we have been regular purchasers of cruises with Ambassador. Location is great for us and we find them friendly and efficient in all respects. We have enjoyed all our cruises with Ambassador and have always been pleased with the food, entertainment and the variety of cruises on offer, which are reasonably priced.
