I like Ambassador

Helpful and efficient . My cruise last year was excellent which is why I booked another one whilst on the ship . My daughter and son in law have now booked a cruise with Ambassador for 2028 . The service on the ship was superb . The only problem I have had was that today when I paid the balance was that there was a long wait on the phone ( about 35 - 40 minutes ) to speak to customer service , however when I eventually spoke to customer service my experience was very good indeed - very easy .
