The booking agent that we dealt with was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. She was concerned to ensure that all our questions were answered. She had a very pleasant manner on the telephone and put us at our ease.

Very easy to book online. Emailed the sales team after booking to enquire how to add the coach from Victoria to Tilbury. Within 20 minutes a lovely lady called Julie had sorted it for me.
