Lovely, friendly lady, took me through the booking process in a very pleasant and clear manner. I have sailed with Ambassador before on several occasions and think it is a brilliant line. Nothing bad to say about it.

Only just booked. An email was promised when I registered, but never received, so I had to telephone to ensure that my account was set up (especially as I had paid in full). Hoping this is not a sign of possible chaos ahead!!! Need to experience the actual cruise before I decide whether I would recommend a friend.

It was very straightforward to book. The agent was knowledgeable and efficient and very patient and understanding. We had a short wait while he had to sort out some onboard spend to compensate us for a slight problem on our last cruise. Payment was easy. We were very happy with the service.
