Very easy booking experience

Had a very pleasant experience with Louise. Had to call to book as I had vouchers to use. She was very helpful and explained all I needed to know. I was fortunate to be able to get a cabin as one only became available while I was on the call, so she was able to get it booked straight away. Now looking forward to my fifth ambassador cruise in March and hoping I get to see the northern lights,

Too long to wait for an answer but taken care of nicely.

Apart from having to wait quite a while for an answer to my call it was well worth the wait. Ambassador cruising is very special for us. Five cruises last year and two next year with Ambassador. Over the years we have been hardy cruisers but now we have found Ambassador there is no other cruise line for us.

Definitely a warm welcome at sea

The crew couldn't have looked after us better if they'd tried. So attentive and friendly and they work so hard! The entertainment team were also great. I particularly enjoyed Shane (piano vocalist) and Classic Inspiration (piano/violin duo) and the Theatre@Sea gang - fabulous to have an alternative to the singing/dancing shows (which were also top-notch by the way). I am already booked again.

Booking online was easy hope the cruise is as good as the reviews.

No real problems

This was online so no human contact. The only problems were Confusion with pricing Difficulty in seeing cabin numbers on deck plan No time of departure shown
