Sail with Ambassador and enjoy the experience !

My wife and I have had several cruises with Ambassador and we have enjoyed them all. We live in London so the convenience of sailing from Tilbury is very appealing. We also like the fact that you cater for people of a certain age, especially with your entertainment and excursions. We have already encouraged my wife's sister and brother-in-law to join us. We will be sailing together in September 2027. Barbara and I are also sailing with you on 4th of next month and we are looking forward to joining you. Keep up the good work !

Paper help- poor Elderly!

Due to not having a computer and being elderly,would’ve felt easier with the option of paper invoice etc- to save having to ask friends etc for help! This is our second holiday- plus Festive overnight. But sadly will have tobe the last- as feel imposing on people to help

Straightforward booking

Booking was really straightforward. The only thing missing during booking was details as to when the balance would be due, but that's easy to find out afterwards. Explanation of the two tiers of fares was clear and helpful.

Always had good service form Ambassador

Phoned Ambassador rather than book on line. Unfortunately I cant recall the young ladies name I dealt with but received an excellent service, her help in booking the cabin we wanted and advice on our nearly run out passports was a great help as was the advice she was able to give as to renewing said passports. Very easy process,

Know the vessel , booking was easy to negotiate

So far our experience pre sailing has not been recommendable.

It is imposssible to get through to anybody on your "Guest Services" wait time for phone calls 2 hours (I tried several times waited 30 minutes and gave up). As you take up to 10 working days to reply to emails, I tried emailing your "Emergency" address but my email was forwarded to Guest Services! I sail in 3 days time and have not received a reply. Having completed all the necessary departure requirements I still haven't received the Car Parking Permit. Last year we travelled on Ambience and the permit was available with the Boarding Passes etc. We paid you in full 3 months ago and need the permit to access parking before we leave home. It would be helpful to receive directions from you to the Port!

Disappointed 😥 Drinks package only for new bookings

The customer adviser was professional I related there was an offer on at present for half price drinks package but was informed that it was only for new bookings. I had already booked a cruise last year so I couldn't get the deal which was very disappointing as it was a special cruise for my wife celebrating a special birthday this year and it is our first time on a Cruise

Having travelled before with Ambassador we were eager to repeat the experience. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Meals were very enjoyable and varied, with a variety of eating venues. The entertainment was amazing and very professionally portrayed. Many interesting places to visit and experiences on shore.
