No email confirmation

I booked a cruise this morning at 9am on the 09/01/2026 online fpr the Jane McDonald’s crusie 2nd of October 2026, paid the deposit it flashed up with a message Thankyou for your booking and a ref number, didn’t have time to take the number down, no email confirmation and it’s been 9 hours, several phone call during the day, no one can help. Wouos like someone to check my booking has been done Thankyou.

Issue not resolved

I booked my cruise Dec 30th 2025 (cruise date June 2027). Within 24 hours I received notification that the drinks package was available for 1/2 price on cruises booked December 18 - Feb 12. I wasn’t able to add the package at the offered price. I contacted customer service who say they can’t help, as I had already booked, even though I’ve explained that I wasn’t informed of the offer before making my selection. I’m not feeling heard. I would expect customer service of offer some type of resolution.

I've travelled with ambassador before it is a wonderful experience the booking was so easy the staff on the phone are so helpful the staff and food on the ship is second to none an all round an amazing experience

Very Helpful

It was quite a wait to talk to someone, and I had put a callback request in hours earlier! Once I got through the lady was very helpful and sorted out moving my cruise to another date.

Terrible, wanted to pay balance of upcoming cruise. Took me most of the afternoon on the Tuesday just to get to speak to someone then they couldn't do due to glitch. Was told someone will call you back shortly, did they call--NO.

Achieved a transfer booking without issues!

I needed to transfer a booking, and this was achieved within hours. I am grateful to the ROL assistant who managed the transfer and also to whoever was responsible in the Ambassador bookings section.
