Excellent service throughout. From checking in, on-board, entertainment, cabin service and excursions. Very enjoyable relaxing break on short cruise.

Great service

Easy online booking, got discounted drinks package too which is a bonus. Also used my blue light card to save a little extra. Great that I could book the car park through the online service too. After our first taste of Ambassador in November we are excited to step onboard with you again.

Very easy

I only booked as we sailed with you a few years ago. When I called to book over the phone I was informed you had no cruises in March to Norway. So not impressed.

Highly recommended

Booking is straightforward online. Excellent customer service and assistance - I have booked three times with Ambassador and have always had a prompt response to any queries I have had, such as about car parking. Efficient and helpful assistance.

Book directly with ambassador good service from office, friendly cruise and happy staff, good entertainment, 7th cruise we have done have met some lovely people and enjoyed every one of them.

Easy to book a cruise Shame they don’t have cabins for solo cruise people, to make it cheaper.

Double booking, don't book with Ambassador

Terrible. I booked online, paid in full and next day received a phone call telling me they had less cabins than they thought for sale and that my booking was invalid. They did refund me the money but it took a few days to arrive back in my account. My first time and my last time booking with them. No wonder they are so inexpensive, you pay for quality and they don't have any. I am out of pocket as have paid for insurance I no longer need and a cat sitter.

Make a Booking change

Rang the Guest Services line to add a second person to my booking. The call was answered within a minute and your operator Chloe was extremely helpful and dealt with everything I required very efficiently.

Small and Friendly

Booked on line which is reasonably straight forward this will be a 3rd or 4th cruise on Ambassador and we sailed many times with CMV. We prefer the smaller friendlier ships.

Booking holiday

It was easy enough to book on line but I really had not thought of it as service, just a process.

Went online and booked cruise, easily navigated pages and have had no need to speak to any human - yet.

As always excellent service, faultless. Have used Ambassador on several occasions without any problems. Customer Services very good. We enjoy Ambassador ships and all aspects of on board services and delivery. We cannot wait for our next cruise on Ambition in 2026.
