Booking with ambassador was really easy the staff was very helpful and friendly, they answered our questions with ease, and explain everything we was unsure of, making the booking really easy

Stressful booking from abroad & shame it can't revert to travel agent

Cruise was booked whilst I was abroad. I didn't manage to book online, presumably because of an issue with the WiFi connection. Similarly over the phone numerous attempts were needed to pay the deposit. Your agent was patient and finally succeeded. On my return I went to our local travel agent, wanting the booking returned to them. Apparently as it was just over 2 weeks that wasn't possible. That was disappointing as we missed out on points plus they usually print the boarding passes and luggage labels for us.

Trip to relax ,unwind,and view the beautiful Fiords.

Very good ,it was quick and easy to do.My future cruise booking will give me something to look forward to.

Strange question as booked on line no service given? Website works- could be clearer on check out about what was being booked Huge T&C documents in a link… not very confidence building when you read it.
