Clear and efficient service. Sadly, forces discount reduced to 5% Previous cruise in Sep/Oct offered 10% + £200 cabin spend pp, this all helped to ofset cost of parking in Liverpool. Hence 4 stars, would be helpful to publish forces discount.

The Ambition was looking great after her recent "re-fit" The whole experience was excellent. The staff, the entertainers, the food, the excursions, the customer service. My wife and I had a fantastic time, a welcome break before Christmas. We have already booked another Christmas Markets Cruise for December 2026 and are already looking forward to it.

Booking was relatively straightforward, though the wording of the drinks and gatuities package was different on the confirmation.
