Website easily to understand.. I liked the helpful guidance to a room suitable for our needs and a good price connection. I'm not a technical person I usually go to travel agent but feel confident that everything was explained

We had two gripes despite being satisfied with the final outcome. We booked. We received a further 10% discount. However we rang and pressed 1 for booking but received no reply. We therefore booked on line - successfully apart from entering Date of Birth. It would not allow us to correctly input our year of birth. The scroll down menu was stuck on 1940. We could not enter 1947 or 1949.
