Upset on prices quoted by ambassador insurance.

Very good but there should been a warning about any prospective passenger over 85 should seek insurance first before committing to paying for the holiday.

Waiting for confirmation after paying $800

I paid a $500 deposit for a cruise and have gotten no confirmation since that deposit. My friends are on the same cruise with me and the wife and husband both got welcome letters with confirmation details. I was told that three months before the trip for me to try to login and add my cruise info to my profile. Not cool

First impressions

Our first experience of Ambassador but all good so far. Found the booking process very easy. Confirmation took a while but did arrive in the end. When ringing to check on it staff were pleasant and efficient. Fingers crossed the efficiency continues 🤞🤞
