First Ambassador experience

Booked our first Ambassador cruise online. Whole process was very straightforward. Downloaded the App which looks pretty good. Entered all the personal details required and just waiting to complete the process which will be able to do a few days before departure

The booking and after service has been excellent in every respect. I booked over the phone and the agent could not have been more helpful. Later the prompt assistance and response to the email I sent regarding the “refer a friend’ was first class.

Frustrating time.

I am getting extremely frustrated by my inability this log on to my December booking. I just keep getting my April booking. I have downloaded the app but only one booking comes up. I have been onto the website but only the April booking comes up. Perhaps I shouldn’t book more than one cruise!

Hi, I spoke to a lady to book my cruise, who was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything to me in clear understandable language and was very patient when answering my questions. Very good experience. The same can be said for the second lady who booked the car park for me, very polite and efficient. Highly recommed.

Prompt, efficient and helpful. One phone call resolved a number of issues and ended with me booking a cabin on an Ambassador Cruise in the coming weeks. I have sailed twice previously with Ambassador and enjoyed both experiences.
