Cruise was easy to book, looking forward to the cruise next June

I felt a little rushed not because of the operator , but because the cruise was a special event and the cabins were selling extremely fast they had only been on sale for 10 hours and were already up to the 5th price point. I didn't want to lose a cabin in this price bracket. So I took the cabin offered without reviewing it's position etc. we were offered parking, but because the call was supposed to have been an inquiry, this hadn't been looked into . None of this was the companies fault and the booking was handled well.

The true test of good customer service is usually when something goes wrong. When I had a problem the guest service team was helpful, knowledgeable. The young lady was polite and efficient. What more do you need?

Could do better

Their web site did not give me access to my booking Wouldn't let me change my password and therefor couldnt download the app. I have spent hours trying to phone them with no answer Once you get on the boat things are better But the booking and enquiry line is so bad i might not bother again

Good cruise ship

Friendly staff on the phone. Clear website. Good choice of destinations. Nice size cruise ship, but has all the features of a bigger size ship. The communal areas are well set out. There is a good choice of meals at dining.

Talking to your sales assistant was very helpfull. As a solo traveller it is sometimes very expensive.
