Once I’d decided on a cruise, the online booking was very easy. That’s from someone who is computer illiterate! I had previously recommended you to friends who booked a cruise and enjoyed every minute of it!

The cruise I was looking at appeared sold out so I rang the help number and was helped to choose a cabin option that suits me. I also booked a drinks package which was fully explained to me. The advisor was friendly and very helpful answering all my questions very clearly.

This is the fourth cruise we have booked with Ambassador. Booking is easy on the website but if I have had to contact customer services they have dealt with my query quickly.
