Perfect Cruise Line

Our first cruise with Ambassador was last year. So easy to embark. No flights to bother about, could take whatever we wanted luggage wise. The most friendly staff and West End shows. Superb food and we had two great waiters. That is why we have re oojed for 2 more cruises.

My husband and I have sailed a few times with Ambassador and every time we’ve had excellent service. All staff we’ve came into contact with have been courteous, caring, helpful and polite. We can not fault the service received by bar staff, restaurant staff and cabin stewards. Everyone helped to make our holidays memorable. Nothing was too much trouble . That’s why we come back time and again and recommend ambassador to all family and friends bringing good friends with us last cruise too !

A Fantastic Holiday

The service was outstanding staff were friendly be it dining or bar staff a great choice of food at all dining venues and a special mention to the cleaning staff who worked hard at least twice a day in our cabin. Very clean all over the ship. Entertainment performers were first class fantastic shows and plays. Lastly and maybe most importantly the Captain and all those crew who took us safely from port to port ship to Tender or just down the gangways. Thanks for a lovely holiday we will be back in the future.
