Excellent

Telephone operators always polite and helpful.

Good knowledgeable call center. Very helpful

Feel the quality of service not the age of the ship.

Very friendly and supportive

Accessible booking

The lady on the phone was very helpful and patient ensuring we chose the best option for our group. We needed accessible cabins and she took the time to discuss location, measurements and facilities.

Answered phone quickly. Agents knowledgeable and helpful.

Not as easy to book on line as it should be.

Whilst the booking seemed easy on line I was meant to be able to choose 1st or 2nd dining - There was nothing to enable me to do this.

Helpful telephone staff

1st time cruising.

Easy to use website can't wait for our 1st cruise 🙌.

Polite, helpful and enthusiastic staff.

We have cruised with Ambassador several times and have many more booked

Great choice and service!

Excellent service from both ladies I spoke too. Quick and easy to book and low deposit was a great bonus! We regularly cruise and will be exploring more options with Ambassador in the future.

Good experience booking

Easy to book online. Left message and was phoned back the next working day

Very quick replying and excellent service

We wanted to book a double and a single cabin for a party of three people in close proximity which George was able to provide at an acceptable cost.

Great experience booking latest cruise

Following previous enjoyable cruise recently we had no hesitation in booking again. The personal call to Ambassador gave a lot of confidence and without any hitches we booked - with a big thank you to George who took my call

Quick and efficient booking over the phone.

The call was answered fairly quickly, I was able to book a cabin of my choosing, I wasn't upsold anything I didn't want. Quick and efficient service and problems with booking over the internet were acknowledged and resolved. I was able to add a discount code too.
