Very impressed with Ambassador Cruises

I was very impressed with Ambassador Cruises. Everyone was professional and friendly. There were plenty of activities for everyone and the food and entertainment were excellent. Things on board were very clean. The destination experiences we went in were informative and enjoyable.

Fantastic and easy booking experience

It was great, very easy website to navigate with plenty of information on what to expect of the cruise, what is included, what comes at an extra. Easy process.

Generally good just a lot of queuing for the theatre as it was a Jane McDonald cruise.

Nicola from Guest Services was really helpful, efficient and pleasant to work alongside with my complicated transfer of a cruise from 2027 to 2028. She gave helpful explanations and took time to ascertain if her answers were correct. Our call was over 30 minutes but I didn't feel she tried to rush me and at every stage she confirmed whether I wanted to continue. On a corporate level I understand paying an admin fee, but I do feel disappointed that I lost the promotional fee and any extras. Kind regards to the whole team, but especially Nicola.
