The warmest welcome at sea and in the Guest Experiences office.

Nicola from Guest Services was really helpful, efficient and pleasant to work alongside with my complicated transfer of a cruise from 2027 to 2028. She gave helpful explanations and took time to ascertain if her answers were correct. Our call was over 30 minutes but I didn't feel she tried to rush me and at every stage she confirmed whether I wanted to continue. On a corporate level I understand paying an admin fee, but I do feel disappointed that I lost the promotional fee and any extras. Kind regards to the whole team, but especially Nicola.

Cruise booked on board Ambience for cruise next October 2027.Have been on several Ambassador Cruises in past 8 years.Disappointed we missed out on Nectar Points as we booked 2wks before it was put in place.Always have had great cruises on Ambience -been to many countries.Have been very impressed with level of service,politeness,efficiency of staff.Catering on board excellent as were the Speciality Restaurants.Entertainment good and varied-Excellent value for money/made many friends that we rebook cruises with .Also one very important point is the ease of parking at Tilbury and embarkation.

I booked online, so I didn’t actually interact with a human on this occasion, but the process was, as usual, straightforward, guest friendly and easy to follow. ‘Friendliest welcome at sea’ is not just a sound bite for a brand, it is the backbone of the company, the actual living, breathing work ethic and culture embraced by every employee within the company, and adopted as well, by guests, like us, who choose over and over again to sail with Ambassador.

Good booking experience.

Fairly easy to book although when I booked online it didn't give a price for drinks packages or any indication of gratuity prices until you add that package and see it on your bill. Also choosing seats on the flight. It's not clear that it is the same seats on both flights outbound and inbound and the seat surcharge is both ways.
