Easy to book online

When choosing a cabin, I would prefer to see a deck plan showing the position of the cabin, not just a number. I booked this morning, but still not received an email confirmation. Blue light card details not recognised, just got message saying that Blue light card number was not a correct format, so lost the discount. I liked the Buy 1, 2nd 1 half price offer and the fact that the drinks package is optional.

Booking service fine, but prices now ridicoulous for very old ships

Service was great, however... However, Ambassador have become expensive recently, yet nothing has changed. Still old ships, and they don't justify the increased costs. P&O cheaper for equivalent cruises, and mostly on newer and almost brand-new ships. I have news for you Ambassador, all cruise lines claim the best welcome at sea; you're not special.

Care free cruising

As a solo traveller they are a very welcoming. Staff are excellent, super friendly. Food is good quality with plenty of choice.

Customer service needs improving

I was expecting paperwork yesterday because I wanted to sort out the insurance. I cancelled the booking because upon trying to book the cruise. The price I saw was tripled, according to the sales person, and the person on the phone was reluctant to give me full details of the price breakdown, I was going to have a suite but I would expect him to give a breakdown of the fees. I had to ask him if the price was so steep because of the single supplement and he answered yes and that was it. No explanation. The cruise I went on last year was for two weeks around the Mediterranean and I paid less
