We had to cancel a 42 night cruise and Ambassador have allowed us to split the deposit we had paid over two shorter length cruises one in 2026 and one in 2027. Excellent customer service .

Great service

Easy to book on line (actually done whilst ordering a meal in a restaurant). Next day realised that I had forgotten to add the bubbles promo code and with the drinks package I was meant to be able to pick sitting time, but as a late booking this wasn’t available. Rang up guest services (was quite a wait) but when got through all was resolved with no issues, so very impressed. This is our second cruise in as many months and already have another one booked next year to Iceland. Really enjoy this ship (Ambition).
